Premade products are shipped within 7 days after the customer's purchase.

Preorder products are shipped within 12 weeks after the customer's purchase (This is due to the extensive time of mass production and overseas shipping).

Whether a product is premade or a preorder is stated within its shipping & return section.

TO RECEIVE SHIPPING UPDATES ON YOUR ORDER YOU MUST JOIN OUR TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS HERE BEFORE ORDERING!

All products are NON-REFUNDABLE until they have delivered to the given shipping address.

After delivery, returns are only eligible within 7 days. If your return is eligible, we will send the return label via email (must be shipped with its original package and have no damages).

Allow 1-3 business days for your refund to process after the return has been delivered to us.

Please make sure to enter the correct color, size, and shipping address when ordering! Those details can not be changed after the order's shipping label has been created.
